Experienced Developer and Investor Since 1998

Chad Brossett has been active in acquisition, development, management and disposition of commercial real estate and special projects since 1998. Mr. Brossett has a unique background related to industrial and multifamily projects. Recently, Brossett developed, operated, and managed Moss Lake Village, the largest private temporary workforce housing facility ever to be built in the continental United States totaling 1,900 beds, two 500 seat kitchen cafeterias, two recreation centers, transportation operations and hundreds of support staff in support of the $15 billion construction phase of Cameron LNG Liquefaction. This project required navigating a complicated planning and zoning process and attaining more than 18 permits from multiple local, state, and federal agencies.

Other recent development projects include The Preserve at Tech a purpose- built multifamily student housing development in Ruston, LA. Construction began in February 2020 one month before the shutdown caused by the COVID 19 pandemic. Despite these difficult challenges, the 168 unit / 588 beds complex was delivered on time and on budget in June 2021.

In the last 24 months Brossett partnership entities have acquired three industrial investment properties with long term leases from credit tenants and a Class A multi-family complex (Creekside Crossing).

In June 2022, Brossett company purchased 96 acres of zoned and untitled industrial property (Rivermark 185 Park) for the development of logistics, distribution, light manufacturing and warehouse buildings that will total more than 1.5 million square feet when fully developed. In February 2023, the subject property totaling 200,000 SF of leasable area commenced construction. Brossett is working on plans to begin a Phase II warehouse as well as a Phase III regional distribution build-to-suit for a Fortune 50 company.
